These terms govern the use of the HIZIR Software website and the digital products and services we provide (including the QR Menu, Website, POS, and Complete Business packages). By using the site or our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
Scope of services
HIZIR Software provides QR menu, website, POS, and integrated business solutions for businesses. Package contents and prices on the site are for information; the final scope and pricing are settled by a written quote or contract with you. We reserve the right to change prices and package contents; changes do not retroactively affect existing contracts.
Payment and subscription
Monthly packages are charged at the start of each period. Unpaid services may be suspended. A one-time setup fee is charged per package; upon cancellation, fees already paid for the current period are not refunded and service continues until the end of the period. To cancel, simply reach us via WhatsApp or email.
Content and responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of your business content such as menus, images, prices, and promotional copy. You may not use our services to publish unlawful content. HIZIR Software cannot be held liable for legal claims arising from content you provide.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing at delivery, you own the right to use the site/product built specifically for you; infrastructure components, template systems, and platform code belong to HIZIR Software. The brand, design, and content of this site may not be copied without permission.
Service continuity
We take reasonable care to provide services without interruption; however, outages may occur due to maintenance, updates, or third-party infrastructure. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Our liability for indirect damages (such as lost profit) is limited to the service fee paid for the relevant period.
Changes to these terms
